Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

I think I need to face facts. I have bronchitis. Just a nice present after I had my fun filled run through the snow in the dark in a panic.

And my right knee is swollen, painful and I can't bend it even half way. This has been coming on for about 2 weeks now.

I had microfracture surgery on the left knee on the day before Thanksgiving 2008 and exactly 3 years later had the same surgery on the right one. Looks like the scar cartilage has worn through on the right one. I'm placing a call to my surgeon today to get an appointment. I think with the history of the knee, I won't have to play the dog and pony show of PT and X-rays and we can jump straight to the MRI and see what the hell is going on in there.

Happy New Year to me. I thought this crap was behind me.
