Older hen fluffed up and not eating

She sounds like she has sour crop. Offer her fluids
Update
Hen is awake - and she is determined. One tough bird!
She came out of crate on her own.
Drank a little and ate a little yogurt.
On 4 th treatment.
Monistat 1/2 inch orally
2 times a day- started Sunday night. The Day I came home.
I am leaving water with garlic oil and acv
Food dish has a small amount of Greek plain yogurt
And a little cat food.
Still has loose stools but I do see some improvement today.
Yesterday I wrapped her in a towel and we visited her flock for a little bit. All the hens were very chatty with her- "Where have you been? We miss you!"
Yeah I now speak chicken language - 😄 🤣

I am glad she is trying to eat today! Hopefully but guarded -

You can see she is alert but her posture of tail down shows she isn't feeling well. She came out of the crate to eat. The crate had liquid diarrhea- but her water was clear and she isn't so full of liquid - monistat is working
It is a challenge to get her to take it.

With birds suffering from crop disorders like slow crop you can help them eat and drink by lifting up their water and feed dishes so they will not have to bend down which then can cause the crop content to spill out again making it hard to breathe.
