If Aubrey Plaza is in something, you best believe I’ll be watching it, and her new movie My Old Ass is no exception. In it, 18-year-old Elliott and her two best friends decide to take a camping trip the summer after high school graduation (and right before Elliott leaves her small town and heads off to college in Toronto). And what do the girls bring with them to make their time around the campfire more exciting? Psychedelics, of course!

While tripping on mushrooms, Elliott comes face-to-face with her 39-year-old self (played by Plaza) who seems a touch more cynical about the world than she is at 18. Older Elliott offers some sage advice, like staying away from a boy named Chad (always a good rule), that young Elliott takes to heart. It’s a funny yet emotional coming-of-age movie that you’ll understandably want to watch ASAP. Which begs the question, when are we going to be able to stream it from the comfort of our homes? Well, here’s everything we know on that front.

Where is My Old Ass streaming?

There are so many streaming platforms these days that it’s honestly hard to keep up with what movies are streaming where. But I’ve got some good news for Prime Video subscribers: My Old Ass will be streaming exclusively on the platform, so you can watch it at your leisure with just the click of a few buttons.

Is it on Prime yet?

The short answer is no, not yet, but we do finally have a date: November 7! We are so, so close to being able to stream this movie from the comfort of our homes.

What if I don’t have Prime?

If you don’t have an active Prime Video subscription and are determined to watch My Old Ass at home, there’s still some hope for you! New movie releases are usually made available for purchase for around $25 to $30 on platforms like AppleTV+, Youtube, and, yes, Prime Video. When exactly it’ll be released for purchase, however, is still TBD.
