- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5a pleasant return to the magical arabian fantasy of the Daevabad Trilogy, in the form of a collection of related short stories.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'm so glad I read this - a very very satisfying addition to the Daevabad "canon".
I was hoping for a follow-up story about Dara's future... but maybe later.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5If you've finished the Daevabad Trilogy and need a reminder of what happened, this book of a series of scenes not included will provide re-entry into that world. Some of the scenes make decent little stories, but won't mean much unless you've read all 3 and are full of spoilers if you've read fewer.
