A mother of two, a scientist and a dedicated partner to DeOlivere, she is a silver award winner in photography at the National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA).In 2011 she added to her awards by receiving two silver medals in the Literary Arts in NIFCA for her prose pieces "INTERVENTION" and "THE PINK SLIP". The latter also won her the Incentive Award for the Most Promising Adult Prose Piece.Cher is on a journey of re-discovery. She is confident, knows what she wants and where she is going, thrives from the challenges that are placed before her and learns from the experience. She is strong and yes at times opinionated but she truly believes that everything in life happens for a reason, and it is a good reason. “....
