Ferguson was born and grew up in the sun drenched tropical islands of the Bahamas, a place that has fond memories for him and a place that he continues to use as the back drop for many of his short stories.
Mr. Ferguson received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Sojourner Douglass College and his Master’s Degree from Nova South Eastern University in Business Management.
It is said that he became a poet as a means of organizing his own internal thoughts and deep contemplations on paper, which seems to flow better with some degree of rhyme and reason.
Mr. Ferguson said further that, “poetry is a means for me to express how I feel about a subject, position or emotion that comes upon me suddenly at a particular moment in time”.
In addition to being a widely reviewed and accomplished poet, Mr. Ferguson is also a Short Story writer who has put forth a collection of such stories into a body of work scheduled for release.view less
