children in our home of fi ve girls and fi ve boys.
I have lived in Belfast all my life, getting married to my
lovely Eddie in August 1974. We have three children, two
boys and a girl. I love them all dearly; my daughter has
married a lovely boy called Stephen, and I am now waiting
on my fi rst grandchild coming along in July. I get a lot of support from my family;
my young niece, Niamh, and nephew, Tiernan, love me to write poems for them.
I also have to mention three other nieces, Eileen, Jennifen, and Jolene, who helped
me get everything sorted for my book. I have been so lucky with such a great
family and a special and dear friend Michael, who had such faith in me, I can’t
thank him enough.view less
