He has taught philosophy at SUNY and economics at Fordham University and Hunter College. He retired in 2003 and now spends most of his time writing books on a wide range of topics. His Studies in Twentieth Century Dystopian Fiction will be published in 2013. He and his wife, Annette, live in New York City and upstate New York with their two dogs.view less
