The mysteries of the Tabernacle hold great in?uence for the life of all mankind including current-day believers. God created man for a specific purpose, and even though man sinned in the Garden of Eden, God’s assignment for the man would not be aborted. So he instructed Moses to build him a dwelling place on earth and what God did in the Tabernacle here on earth is really the story of God setting in place an acceptable system to permit sinful man to return to God.
The scriptures tell us how God led the nation of Israel with the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of ?re by night. Today He leads believers by his Spirit and believers are fully equipped to know if they are following God or if they are stuck in a place where God once was. The key to this understanding, as pointed out in the book, is the ability to understand how to choose between human reasoning and spiritual revelation when one comes to the forks in the road of life.

Dr. Henry Horton founded the Christian Life Family Church where he was senior pastor for more than twenty years. Early in his Christian walk, he began a study of the Tabernacle of Moses. He has taught the Tabernacle of Moses in churches, workshops and conferences. Recently he explored this Old Testament teaching with all its rituals and traditions of sacri?cing bulls, goats, heifers, doves, etc., to understand what connection and signi?cance it had to the New Testament believer. In this book, he shares how the substitutional sacri?cial system of the Tabernacle is foundational to what Jesus Christ did at Calvary’s Cross.
