His 30's were spent in the social enterprise sector, supporting ex-offenders and people with disabilities and mental health problems. In his 20's he was an adventure instructor, before undergoing military training, then becoming an executive headhunter in London. His first job after school was as an assistant teacher at a multi-racial school in Johannesburg - South Africa, during apartheid.view less
