I was the tenth child o...view moreI, Brenda L. Duckworth, was born in Marvell, Arkansas and I am the daughter of share croppers. I gave my heart to the Lord at the age of twelve and received the Holy Spirit. I was the tenth child of thirteen children. I, along with my brother Derrick, attended the segregated elementary school the first year of segregation. I moved to California in 1969, at age fourteen, where I continued my education. God would use me in many ways but I was not aware of it as being a gift from God. As life became more and more challenging, I needed more and more answers; therefore I began to seek God for wisdom and revelation. I am the mother of three and the grandmother of six. My husband and I have devoted our lives to seeing the people in the community grow and mature in the things of God by giving pastoral care to many.view less
