He used his Cornell University education in labor and management relations and 45 years of work to demonstrate that there is more than one way to lead a work group that can be successful, but the key is leadership ability. Not all “leaders” are leaders. Nor are all followers, “followers.” Oftentimes, it’s the followers that make the best leaders – given the opportunity or the situation.
