Bonnie Werner was and is a truth-seeker. This is what led her to God, and it continues
to motivate what she does. When God showed up one day over 50 years ago and
showed her that Jesus took her place in death on the cross, that’s when everything
changed for her.
God had given her new eyes to see, and a new ability to make better choices to take
the new options open to her, that she’d never seen before. And He’s never left her but
guided her every day through the years ever since.
She was married to the love of her life for 30 years and raised their three children. She
is now Grandma to 5 grandchildren.
She travelled across the state to attend Bible college so she would be able to understand
what God was saying in His word, and she has been studying it intensely for over 20
years.
She has journaled and blogged through the years, and her blog has grown into almost
ten years of daily Bible study devotionals at “BonniesBibleMusings.blogspot.com.
Now she is writing books. Why Christianity Isn’t Working For You, Going from Religion
to a REAL Relationship with God is a 40-day walk through I Corinthians, which is almost
like a constitution for the Church, since we’re still having the same problems they had.
And From Darkness to God’s Light is her own story presented as a novel.
This book is the result of her researching what is actually going on today, and how it
