      FOREWORD

      Almost everyone has wondered from time to time if the solar system is visited by intelligent aliens or if the universe contains any life at all other than we experience around us on this small planet. Now we have discovered that the universe we can see has at least 600 billion stars and probably many more planets than that plus moons. But, what about farther than we can see? What if we live in a small mediocre universe and there are billions of universes? Scientists think the odds are great that there is other life out there and it could be intelligent. It is something interesting to think about although as the science of statistics goes, it is against it enough to suggest we are wasting our time
