She teaches at Cleveland State University School of Nursing and practices Reiki at HeartLight Center for Living Well. Her research focuses on Reiki and holistic practices. She currently lives in Ohio.

      Being happy is the cornerstone of all that you are! Nothing is more important than that you feel good. And you have absolute and utter control about that because you can choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought that makes you happy; the things that thrill you, or the things that worry you.       I have had many experiences practicing as a nurse for 39 years, working in almost every type of health care setting there is. My specialty as a Board Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist lead me to seek something more for myself and my clients. Reiki became a wonderful tool to add to my practice. I became a Reiki Master Teacher over 15 years ago, practicing and teaching Reiki to individuals and groups. Within these pages are many of my stories as a nurse and a Reiki practitioner. Others are from fellow nurses and those in health care, some of which were part of a research study I conducted on Reiki and Registered Nurses. Some are those moments in life that change its course forever. Each story is filled with heart and lessons learned. Read and immerse yourself in the stories of hope, laughter, joy and change!
