About this ebook
The Police Academy finally gets Inspector Strong into a one-day presentation of his choosing. The Chief of Police is surprised but happy.
It will be for a wide range of staff from police Chiefs to clerks. The attendees will be there on time or get locked out. Dress properly or get locked out. A few who do not follow the rules are made to wait.
The Inspector walks on stage and throws the official report in the trash can to start fresh. The Greenwood shooting, known as the Music Case is reviewed from the time of the first call. Many whys are asked, and the Inspector expects those in the seminar to take what was found and solve the case just as his detectives did.
There were witness, crowd control issues, family members, and one dead music teacher all to handle.
It is a treat as Detective Rage leads part of the seminar. Detective Smith has his share.
At the end of the seminar each attendee will have their own case file on their lap. The case appears to be going into the cold case file for all those in the seminar. The Chiefs know a suspect was arrested.

Chapter 1 Vacation
The weather in Seattle has a few local descriptions that will mean something only to the locals. Such as, occasional sun breaks mean there will be intermittent showers. There will be less than half an inch. ‘Occasional sun breaks’ means you will have intermittent showers. The ‘filtered sun’ means a continual mist will be falling
Detective Janette Rage has been long enough in Seattle to enjoy the sun breaks. It would drive her folks crazy in a brief time. But, she is going on a planned vacation. She only needs to see one more person before she leaves.
Rage heads toward the men’s police locker rooms. Several officers are outside the men’s dressing room. One opens the door and invites her in.
She smiles, ‘thank you.’
The two rookie patrolmen are a little taken back.
They hear a loud yell in the men’s locker room, "Female in the area."
In three seconds, it is just as loud, "No problem, it is just Rage looking for Jones."
She comes around a corner and finds Jones pulling up his jeans, which he quickly zips up. The shirt is pulled over his head.
He asks, Why can’t you wait outside?
She smiles. "Crime waits for no man, besides the oncoming shift needs to get their blood pumping to go and find the bad guys. I am going home
