The Entrenchibles

About this ebook
This book is a documentary of bad things that happen when law enforcement goes AWOL and good people are silent. Based on true events in San Luis Obispo, California, covering over 15 years. Most of the information can be found in the archives of various daily newspapers, on blogs, and the Internet, but not in this condensed version. It is portrayed as an interview between an investigative reporter and the author, who has lived in the County for over 40 years. There is a heavy message to the public at large, That it is their duty to speak out when atrocities by law enforcement occur.even at the risk of being labeled as 'radicals'. There is strong emphasis on the fact that over the period discussed, there has been almost no charges brought against the 'Entrenchibles'. Their immunity is guaranteed. The unfortunate upshot is that San Luis County is probably not unique in 'bending' the laws.It may be that the 'human condition' is a universal truth. Strong language and satire throughout.

The Entrenchibles
FORWARD
The Entrenchibles is a true commentary of governing officials who disregard the law in San Luis Obispo County, California. And by expanding that theme to the national level, it becomes obvious that freedom is a myth if we can't trust our government. It is undeniable that Trump's inept response to the virus, and then shifting the blame by lying, is causing thousands of deaths, with no end in sight. His arrogance and stupidity in holding reelection rallies during the current pandemic, could destroy this nation. Trump is the crown prince of the Entrenchibles and belongs in a mental institution or in prison: you pick.
There are many things I love about California, but in truth, there are flaws in the system.
SharkSpeeks
It all started out when Donal got wacked by the San Luis Obispo sheriff's deputy. Don, of course was not a perfect human being, but he surely did not deserve to die in the dust on the side of a country road at the hands of the County Sheriff. F**k those a**holes.
Ff Now sir. State your name and address for the record.
Ww SharkSpeeks, PO Box 542, Santa Margarita, CA 93453
Ff How long have you lived in San Luis Obispo County?
Ww Came in around 1976: so better than 40 years.
Ww Before we get too far into this, exactly who are you and who do you work for?
Ff I am Sam Wiseman (not) and am an investigative reporter for the Old New Times. My boss felt this might make an interesting series of interviews relating to your version of the malfeasance of law enforcement and administration in San Luis Obispo County.
Ww So you are looking for the facts, the true deal?
Ff Yes
Ww How do you want to go about this?
Ff What would probably be best is to attack this from the beginning and progress chronologically as much as possible.
Ww Ok, that would be Donal Schneider. Understand that a lot of shit and problems with law enforcement in this county had gone down prior to my entering the picture, but the first case I became interested in was Donal's.
Ff Ok, talk to me and tell the story.
Ww This is not a story. These are recorded facts, no bullshit added. Quite a bit is from the your paper, the Old New Times, and also the Tribune and court records. Oh, and a lot is on the Internet. And at times I have added my biased opinion, for what it is worth.
Ww Like I said at the beginning, Donal or Donald was not the most likable guy. About 55, overweight and very vocal in his opinions.
Ff Opinionated, ok.
Ww More than that, he was what he called himself a 'Constitutionalist'.That might not be the right word, but it amounted to the fact that in his belief all citizens in the States were controlled by the laws of the United States Constitution. And that all other laws were subject to the Amendments, essentially the Bill of Rights.
Ff In other words, the Constitutional Amendments overrode all other Federal and State laws, including California's?
Ww You got it. And as you might guess, this did not go over well with the hierarchy in San Luis Obispo County who have their own opinions of how the laws should read.
Ff What were the conflicting areas?
Ww Well for one, Donal had a machine shop that supposedly was in an area where zoning did not permit such a use. Or he had not applied for a use permit for the shop. At any rate, it
