Introduction
Firstly thank you for purchasing this book. We have put a lot of work into it in the hope that you will find it useful.
This is a way for us to summarise and clearly explain the key points of having your horse working forward, balanced and on the bit. Dressage Made Easy is intended for anyone but will be most useful to those wanting to spend time improving the way their horse goes under the weight of the rider using traditional classical training methods.
To succeed one must spend time and careful consistent effort on a regular basis. This book does not supply you with the magic buttons you need to press for instant success! Schooling need not necessarily be confined to an arena, variety in the horse’s work is vital to encourage the horse to go forward freely. Regular work is needed to increase muscle tone, fitness and better balance.
The horse is a great athlete if it is trained as one, with correctly formed muscles for the work
