How to Like Yourself?
()
About this ebook
We all want others to like us. But very few of us feel likeable, just as we are right now. We only see our flaws. If we weight more than we should or don’t dress the way others do, automatically we don’t feel worthy. What’s worse, if we exude that type of negative energy, we probably won’t be liked by others because people won’t feel comfortable around us.
In other words, we have to like ourselves first before others can like us. This means we have to work on caring for ourselves. We have to sleep well and eat healthy. We should exercise regularly. Not because we’ll be slimmer, but because all these healthy habits put together will help us feel healthy and better about ourselves.
In this e-book, I will show you how to love yourself unconditionally, from the inside out. I will offer small steps that you can take each day to accept yourself more readily. In the process, you will like yourself a lot more than you do right now.

If we weight more than we should or don’t dress the way others do, automatically we don’t feel worthy. What’s worse, if we exude that type of negative energy, we probably won’t be liked by others because people won’t feel comfortable around us.

Not because we’ll be slimmer, but because all these healthy habits put together will help us feel healthy and better about ourselves.
I’d love to start this e-book by saying the obvious, yet hardly ever appreciated truth. You are wonderful just as you are right now! Why? Because God made you in His image and likeness. And God doesn’t make junk. He creates wonderful people, just like you and me.
This doesn’t mean you have to be perfect to like yourself. Only God can be perfect. But you are very good. And that is good enough, if you ask me. I decided to write this book because for most of my life, I didn’t like myself. I didn’t accept myself. I hated almost every part of myself.
