It’s very clean. I like it has public bath. It has a view of castle that I can see from my window. But I have to pay extra fee for a car parking. That is by the hotel property.

The rooms are so small you have to go outside to change your mind ! The first night while squeezing out of bed I tripped , timber , thump, wallop ! 6 stitches later , bad gash on my forehead. Staff reactions...... not a diddling squat , they were more interested in watching the desk clock tic. No empathy what so ever , they were totally robotic . So sorry, have to check-out the person behind you . Do yourself a favour, stay away from this one . It makes Bazil Faulty look like Father Christmas. As for the management ...... ? Who cares that a guest got hurt , mind you I left a major blood stain somebody had to clean . The staff reaction to this piece of information .......

It was fine. Small-ish town so we weren’t exactly in the centre of things but easily walkable in 5 - 10 minutes to get to the ‘old’ part of town. Price was fine. They had an onset which we didn’t take partake of with separate baths for men and women. Breakfast was certainly adequate.

Excellent customer service. The front staffs were kind and courteous. The room is nice and clean. The hotel itself looks very new and stylish, only 5 min walk to the castle and 15 min pleasant walk from the station. The breakfast is exceptional and the best. We had a wonderful stay. We appreciate the hotel staffs for their hard and dedicated work. Thank you!!!

It was extremely difficult to find an affordable hotel on a Friday night in Matsumoto. This hotel is a little far from the station but in a walking distance and there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is new and modern yet it also has a nice public bath too. I arrived late but it was in a safe neighborhood. It was so cool to see the Matsumoto castle from my room window when I woke up in the morning.

The hotel was an easy 100-15 minute walk from the train station and was conveniently located. The room was comfy and I enjoyed the public bath - though it lacked the mineral waters of an onsen it was still relaxing after long days of walking. They stored our luggage after checkout and the staff was very friendly.

It was a nice room and bath area was nice. It was close to Matsumoto caste. The only thing I would recommend is getting up early for breakfast if you go with that option as the seating arra fills up.

만족스러웠어요
마츠모토역에서는 조금 걸어야합니다만 많이 부담될 정도는 아니고 건물도 방도 새것처럼 다 깨끗해서 만족스러웠어요. 다만 바로 주변에 편의점, 밥집등의 가게들이 있진 않아서 한두번은 길을 건너가야 했어요. 조식도 가짓수는 많지 않아도 다 맛있었고 밥종류랑 빵종류 둘다 나옵니다. 카레가 맛있었어요..! 기회가 있다면 또 묵고싶어요.
