Exceptional, elegant, opulent hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a double deluxe room with jacuzzi bath Nice touch! Bathroom, bedrooms areas clean and decorated very well..separate toilet very clean. The Hand flannels and l'occitane shower 🚿, shampoo & conditioner , all available in Bathroom. Bathrobes and signature Estheréa slippers too. Iron boards and iron available in wardrobe. Good seating area in room and a coffee machine. The room.has a fridge with free milk. Tv channels in English and Dutch. Good lighting and lovely carpet throughout Ample wardrobe storage .there is no usb charging points but you can ask reception for an adaptor. The communal areas near reception houses a coffees machine free to use, as well as free daily selection of cakes and biscuits. Lots of sweets to. You can leave your luggage with reception on checkout day and they will.hold it for you. We didnt have breakfast, but used the bar; drinks fairly priced . The gym was well equipped but we didn’t use it. I would highly recommend this hotel.. to date its the best hotel i have stayed in. 10/10..

We loved the quirky nature especially in the extended lobby and bar area. I'd have preferred it if the lift and corridor to the room did not smell of weed.

This is a really nice hotel. It's on the small side, which allowed my wife and I to get the know the staff etc., all of whom were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. The lobby and other common areas are really comfortable. The neighborhood is great.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were well designed with a charming view of the canal. I cannot overstate how beautiful the design of this hotel is. The lobby area is simply stunning. There are always coffee and treats available. And the staff at the on-site bar made you feel as though you had been staying with them for weeks. We were always greeted by name and offered our favorite beverages. We were able to participate in a canal cruise that departed from a gate just 2 minutes from the hotel. Also, just one street over is the oldest bakery in Amsterdam. You could almost smell the Stroopwafels from the lobby.

The room was clean, well maintained, quiet, with all the necessary amenities, plus complementary bottled water every day. In the lobby, 24/7, hot and cold beverages, as well as cookies are available. The staff were are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The unique, beautiful, and interesting decoration alongside the wonderful staff creat a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience. A beautiful hotel with great service at an excellent location. Walking distance to many attraction sites, restaurants, shopping areas. Hoping that in our next trip to Amesterdam, we will stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant experience at this astonishing city.
