Rooms are small, maybe we should had gotten a bigger room, but rate seems excessive (it went down after we booked it but didn’t realize), and were ready to check out after first night but were told we’d be charged full reservation price. Staff are nice…. Noise transfers from floor above where you can hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around at 5am. Lobby restaurant is busy except for early in the morning with non-guests. Smokers hangout at the front entry which is not the best of the arrival experience combined with the whole bar scene / restaurant / Photo Booth combo. Really depends on what you are looking for. If you are into these types of experiences then this is for you. If you want to be left alone and not feel like stepping into a bar to go to your bed prob not it.

We wish we were staying longer at this hotel but it was a fantastic place to stay during our layover. It was close to restaurants and shops, and in a beautiful location across from the canal. The vibes were so cosy and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything). A couple things to note - the food was actually great. Sometimes hotel food is just mediocre but we thought it was worth coming back for a meal. The hotel is also very busy/popular due to location and Photo Booth inside so got quite crowded at night - but noise wasn't an issue near the rooms. Overall extremely happy with the room service experience and will absolutely be back. If you're thinking about it - highly recommend!

For almost $400 a night, the room was smaller than a college dorm room. It was very confining and we were there for five days. We did not enjoy our stay and the lobby is always packed with their in house bar/restaurant. I did not think it was good value for the money we spent.
