"Another comfortable stay at this brilliant hotel. Have stayed here many times, usually a couple of times a month for several years now. Cleanliness is 100%. The showers are absolutely sparkling, the rooms are very well equipped with a working tv, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities , wall mounted fan and even a bottle opener. Beds are good quality as is the white bedding and towels. The hotel is a couple of hundred yards from Marble Arch tube station at the west end of Oxford Street. "

My remarks - one of the steps leading to the bathroom had a torn off carpet, so it was sliding. There was a little bit of dust here and there.
