Beautiful property. People were friendly and helpful however small customer service requests (ie. Fix the phone) we’re not addressed.
It is suggested that there be a small snack bar/quick food available at all times during the day. There may be times when you miss a restaurant open time but still need a little something to eat. Something of this nature by the main
pool area would be nice.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here at CoCobay resort and have nothing but great things to review. The staff (specifically Kerry, Derrick, Yocasta, Jaquanne, Shenika, Topaz, Mr. Gore, and so many more but we don’t remember their names) were attentive, kind, hospitable, and genuinely fun to get to know and talk to. We made such great connections with the staff that we had a difficult time saying goodbye. Not only were the rooms (really personal bungalows) so cute and relaxing but they were very clean! There was great air conditioning in the room to the point were we got cold a couple of nights. We did not partake in any extras offered, but we still had plenty to do (kayaking, and paddle boarding) and spending copious amount of time relaxing on the beach, and hanging by the pool.
We highly recommend choosing this resort as your next travel destination. We plan to return in the future!

Nice property, clean and quiet.. we had a relaxing time . Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room furniture’s are somewhat outdated but otherwise clean and spacious. I like the fact that our room was check and cleaned twice a day. Beach area is private and really nice and calm waters except from our last 2 days that seaweeds invaded the shore and somewhat smelly.. I cannot recommend the Italian restaurant on the resort! I have it a 3/5 rating as the food is not really good. The beach bar/resto is better to spend the day. Main resto by the beach is ok also same as their menu but breakfast is not that great. I didnt expect that kind of breakfast selections and set up on a nice resort and on the price we paid. Fruits are covered with a metal lid that has hole in the middle but majority of poeple taking that lid off are touching the fruits when they’re trying to open that lid. These fruits could have been served in a better way. We ended up taking their taxi service to eat out in town x3 because there is more choices but taxi service are not cheap. I would rate this resort 3.8 out 5 and probably would not recommend at this time to our friends but was told also that they are having major renovations this year for 2 months so we’ll see after that.

Lots of stars!! I feel I have to mention some shortcomings: The check in process is not straightforward, and actually annoying: you have to provide your reservation, although they already have your reservation and your room assignment, you have to provide a return flight reservation, you also have to fill out a registration form, although you already submitted your passport.
The food is subjective topic, but one should not expect haute cuisine. Most of the time the sea is to rough to swim, or snorkel.
The stuff is exceptional,
It is nice to have realistic expectations!
