"Location was spot on to all surrounding with a 12 min ride to the convention center and close to restaurants. Only thing id complain about is our entrance door wasn't properly installed and you could here everything in the hallways. Over all decent place to stay"

"Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers."

The hotel was in a good location, but you definitely need a car to do anything. Independence isn't really an area where you can walk around.

The staff in the dining area were the sweetest. When I first walked in the gentleman at the counter said without any excitement “May I help you?” I did not feel welcomed at that moment :( the laundry room door is kept open the whole day.
