”Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. ”La atención fue muy buena, el servicio excelente. Podrían mejorar un poco las habitaciones, camas y ropa de cama. La alberca es diferente a la de la imagen. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. ”Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too...

”I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise. ”

”Amazing stay! Really an oasis in the jungle. We both slept very well and spent hours relaxing in the hammocks reading and listening to the jungle sounds. The room was very comfortable and the surroundings was beautiful. The perfect relaxing start to our Yucutan adventure. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room, the swimming pool and the hosts. An extra thank you to Sian for the book. We will definitely come back. ”

”this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 ”

”The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm. Comfortable new hotel

"Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I would stay here again but make sure I choose a room with a different type of bathroom! "
