”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”Amazing place to stay. The owner and staff are so friendly. Walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away. 15 minute walk to the central bus station. Loved it, will stay again! Free water at the front desk and complimentary coffee is available from 9:30am-11 Highly recommend”

”Suites Tulum is beach front located on the quiet side of the hotel area, but in walking distance to the frenetic night life the best Tulum has to offer (Bonboniere, Vagalume etc…you name it!). ”this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 ”

”The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm. Comfortable new hotel

"Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I would stay here again but make sure I choose a room with a different type of bathroom! "
