“I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper option then a resort stay but something still close to the main hotel zone. The location is perfect as it has stores 5 minutes away and the main beach (playa chac mool ) is only 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. The hotel itself is very nice staff are friendly I stayed in the blue diamond which was very spacious and had ac and a balcony overlooking the pool . The only negative is there is no door between the toilet and room only...

“We loved everything about this resort except one thing, the cold pool. Very cold we couldnt even swim in the big one. The one in the front was a little warmer. They have a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and not outdated. The buffet is not super big but the food was actually good. We tried the Italian and Mexican restaurant and they were both excellent. ”

“Buona esperienza, ma nulla di eccezionale. Non condivido le valutazioni così alte di altri utenti. Massima cortesia del personale, buona la pulizia. Le camere hanno avuto un minimo di ristrutturazione nelle docce, ma tutto il resto è piuttosto usurato e porta i segni del tempo. La TV funziona male, il frigo in camera è molto rumoroso e di notte si deve spegnere per poter dormire. Molto bene la colazione.”
