Add the garlic and bay leaves and cook for another minute before adding the
celeriac.
Put the cooked
celeriac in a food blender with some of the milk and blend until smooth.
Bake the gratin for 1 hr-1 hr 15 mins until the top is golden and the
celeriac is tender when poked with a knife.

CELERIAC also contains fibre which is essential to maintain a healthy colon.
Place the baking tray in the hot oven and roast, turning the
celeriac occasionally, for 35 minutes.
Leave the cooked
celeriac to cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then place into a blender and blend until smooth.
Trim and peel the
celeriac, but don't discard any of it.
Finally garnish with the crispy fried
celeriac and serve.
