(Just General Appreciation)

So even if I may've not done business with you personally or been someone who has drawn for me specifically, I just want to make a personal journal here thanking you as a TLK artist for making some amazing art over the years and listening and trying to work hard on art pieces for us, and possibly me directly.

It shouldn't come of a surprise that some of the art received means a great deal to me, even more so when I put my saved up pennies or spare cash to order a commission of various nature. As much as some of these are for fun and might be considered casual orders, many of them have been me putting faith in you as an artist to draw something very personal, and a responsibility to portray something that's part of a bigger thing we can't touch but rather imagine and experience by feeling it. Cheesy it might be, but not really something to scuff at.

To me at least when someone draws for me it's a very personal thing, and when an artist goes above and beyond to try to get an image in a way that makes me happy, or just by raw skill and abilities exceeds my expectations in various areas it really warms me. A few lines can make all the difference to a character, and sometimes I wish I could give more gratitude towards some of you people that really embrace the the commission or art and the character and personality hidden behind it that I embrace online.

Over the years now I've dealt with quite a few different artists and gotten some very interesting and amazing art pieces whether it has been paid for commissions or gifted art for various reasons, some of these I've worked very closely with and given more or less feedback and opinions about, and many of you have been absolute legends about it and tried to improve on it in any way you can, almost like you've been excited to show me despite me finding small things to nit pick about. In many cases I've ended up with some really great artwork that I'm proud to have laying around and If I could, I'd want to share what I get from having feelings, creative juices or just mental support from knowing the art is there, all thanks to you.

Thanks for being understanding, for giving me the time, for listening, and thanks for taking on drawing something dear and showing it's not always about the dineros we give, but the opportunity to draw. I remember when I was getting into the community probably around 15 years ago and thought how cool it must be to have people draw things for you and care who you are, and yes, it totally is.
