The icon created by Dreamsong was so much fun, we thought we'd post a bigger version!
(The fully shadowed fur is done with the exact same technique developed by Amadhia/Dreamsong in 2002 that also has full support for radiosity and caustics.)

Very nice, what makes it even better is more work is being done on Kaze as a whole.
This is really really amazingly beautiful and cool! Love it!
It's strange to know that somewhere, twenty four hours a day, I'm going to be swaying my head back and forth!
Still looks absolutely stunning! I actually looked into and tried a bit of 3D modelling myself after watching the film but unfortunately I didn't persue it any further. That said though I may still do so.
One thing it did inspire me to do was role play as Kaze and/or others -or- even just miscellaneous characters set in some kind of Kaze: Ghost Warrior inspired setting or other. What can I say? It was a strong influence on me and still is. =3 Besides I always loved the Asian culture in general anyway. =P

Hi, Corbeau here, one of the voices inside Kaze's head. I'm a tabletop gamer too, and 20 years behind the D10 has been really helpful training for working with Ghost Warrior's world, particularly the discussion of the magic in the world--which the film didn't really touch on. I'll try to get that document online tonight. There's enough in there to have a pretty solid game supplement :)
Greetings Corbeau! Oh really? That is awesome! Now I understand you are no doubt very busy but I feel I should ask, do you do any sort of role play online wise? You know, the storytelling type? If so perhaps we could role play some time? Up to you of course as, which I mentioned earlier, I understand you are busy and the likes. =P But it would be an honour if so! Or even chatting some time would be grand too!
Oh yeah? I definitely would love to read that! ^..^

Heh. I've shut down my tabletop game through August for some tiger-wrangling :) Looking to get back to it!
Whoops, I misstated a bit, there's enough magic in Kaze for a game supplement, in the backdrop of the film...I just threw together a brief survey of it, to get a sense for Amadhia's sources and style. It's such a huge part of the world's backdrop that didn't get opened up yet :)
Ah, that seems fair enough and understandable. I do hope to see it open up soon though! Granted there is a lot happening right now, to say the least. =P I was referring mostly regarding role play in general too though.
Amadhia is amazingly talented and such an amazing individual! In fact I would say we are pretty close. She has me listed as her brother and I as her sister (although she has my old account listed but that doesn't matter =P).
Perhaps we may keep in touch? I have different chat programs and e-mail if you wish to exchange those? I would be very honoured! Again I understand you are busy and the likes so I do respect this too.

Do let me know when you do! I would very much love to be a part of it! Even if I have to learn how tabletop role playing works a little more since I have never really played before. Unless you include Heroes Quest. =P
