Ten years ago, in Kaze: Ghost Warrior, Amadhia Albee (the artist formerly known as "Timothy Albee") opened a door to another world.

Working with just two computers, a $5,000 budget and a one-person team, Albee produced Kaze, a 22-minute animated film introducing the warrior Kaze and the feudal realm of Tjira, where politics and subterfuge have taken the place of war and cost more lives. Kaze: Ghost Warrior gave a brief view of that world, hinting at the philosophies, romance, politics, power struggles and people behind the story of love and betrayal of the animated short.
