I suppose I'll try for option 2, since that one has an animation and I have an idea what I could do with that.

I'm a little confused by what exactly is being offered, though, so hopefully you can clarify - the character can be the winner's OC, right? It's not one of those 'you pick one of the raffle-holder's characters and choose a scene with them' type of deals?

And is it a full 3D model - meshes, textures, UV-wrapping, the works? I figure it is given the rest of your gallery, but I want to be sure.

It is a full 3D model, technically speaking includes: sculpting, retopology, uv wrapping, texturing, rigging, and animating !

So if I won, would I be able to get the model itself and associated files for use elsewhere? Like if I wanted to stick my chosen OC in some game as a hero unit or something, handing someone an already-existing, textured, and UV-wrapped model and having them just do whatever modification is needed to have it work in that specific game would be a lot quicker than having to do the whole thing from the ground up.

technically yes, but my models are quite heavy for most games. The 3D fur system I use wouldn't be compatible unless your game is made with UE5. And the animation rig would be required to match the game one. (so basically be redone).
As said, it's technically doable, but don't expect the model to look like what you see in my renders ;)

I know work would have to be done to make even a single instance not cause a game to explode, especially older ones - but it's still probably quicker than building an entire model from scratch.

At the absolute worst, even if it can't be stripped down, I can still use it as a reference.
