Steve Healey was born on the 27th November 1989 to Richard Andrew Healey, a transport manager and Elizabeth Healey, a teaching assistant.
Educated at Sir Wiliam Robertson High School, then Grantham College, gaining a triple Merit in Public Services, he went on to study Media Production at The University of Lincoln.
Steve discovered an interest in acting from an early age being part of schools plays and then pantomimes and student films. He takes to the stage regularly to interview guest QnA sessions. He has been in conversation with Brian Blessed, Paul McGann, Sylvester McCoy and many more big names. His first professional film work was for an indie film called Darkwave: Edge of the Storm where he played a mutilated guard who fought the main character and eventually got hideously electrocuted. The first time he appeared on screen was for ITV's Victoria in February 2016.
Next he went on to work on The Royals Season 3, featuring in a fight scene with Prince Liam (William Moseley) where Steve underwent light facial prosthetics for a featured part. The part, however, was cut from the final edit but he can be seen in the background.
He then went on to be cast as a German Soldier and Chatteux Guard in the massive 2017 blockbuster, Wonderwoman.
A Black Belt in Kickboxing, qualified Scuba Diver, trained on-screen combatant and Marvel Universe Live approved stunt performer, Steve is constantly practicing new skills for use on screen.
