(at around 30 mins) When Paul meets Saul Gundermutt and Mrs Gundermutt in the lobby, the red hotel card around Mrs Gundermutt's neck disappears and reappears between shots.
When Paul is having dinner with Maya, he slams his fist down on a metal tray containing bread which flies over his shoulder and onto the floor. In the next scene the metal tray is back on the table empty. Moments later the tray has the bread back on it.
When Paul is fighting in the hall with his friends a lot of art gets shoved down and broken. Moments later, it is undamaged.
Paul is in the hotel talking to a colleague and his wife about half way through the movie when they are discussing their child going off to university when in the background there are 2 ladies in blue dresses (one long and one short) and getting closer as the scene moves on but then they can be spotted far ahead of them in the next scene and after that they are back behind again.
Maya's pepper spray disappears from the bathroom floor where she dropped it.
Wynncore does not have doors between rooms for their suites. The plot hinges on this being the case though.
When Paul goes to taser one of the guys, he's holding on to the guy's shoulder as he does it. In real life, Paul would have been electrocuted too.
When arriving at the Wynn hotel room, Blart hands his daughter an FRS radio. He mentions that he's "set it to monitor so that he can hear everything" - but this is not what the monitor function does, it opens the squelch. Also, while limited to 2watts and in an urban environment, wouldn't reach more than a floor up or down in a hotel.
An obvious stunt double for Blart when the crane kicks him over and he rolls on the ground.
At one point during the film Blart uses a commercially available drone to spy on the bad guys. Those drones are exceptionally loud and you could usually hear them from hundreds of feet away outdoors, let alone in the same room.
When Paul Blart is checking into his hotel room there is only one desk clerk. There's no way one desk clerk can handle all those quests at once. The line would be way too long. Wynn Las Vegas Is constantly busy with both check-ins and check-outs all day long. There should be a lot more than one desk clerk to accommodate all those guests.
Although listed as a plot hole, its stated in the first film that Paul was duped into a Green Card Marriage. The end result being his daughter as he states in the first film. Whether shes 16 or 21 isn't hinted at from either film. You can be accepted into college in the United States without being 18.
Paul twice describes Jenkins' jacket as purple when it's bright blue.
