Promotion and Relegation

Because Fukushima FC and Seino Transportation were disbanded, no relegation has occurred. At the end of the season, the winner and runner-up of All Japan Regional Football Promotion League Series, Sony Sendai and Albirex Niigata were promoted automatically.
