Adam Drese (ca. 1620 – 15 February 1701) was a German composer and bass viol player. He was appointed Kapellmeister to Duke Wilhelm IV of Saxe-Weimar in 1652, but in 1662, after the death of the duke, the Capelle was disbanded and Drese sought a similar position with Duke Bernhard at Jena. When that duke died in 1678, he found another post as Kapellmeister, to the Count of Schwarzburg at Arnstadt, where Drese remained until his death.

He wrote several pieces of vocal music.
