All Money Is Legal (A. M. I. L.) is the debut (and to date, only) studio album by American rapper Amil. It was released September 19, 2000 on Roc-A-Fella/Columbia Records. The album debuted at number forty-five on the US Billboard 200 chart with first-week sales of 29,000 copies.[2]

Lyrically, Amil impressed many of her fans with the song, "Smile 4 Me," where she turns her personal struggles into a heartfelt rhyme. On "I Got That," featuring Beyoncé, Amil raps about independent women who do not need men to help them in life. Labelmate Jay-Z adds his lyrical parts on a number of songs including the male vs. female song, "Heard It All". The album was recorded at The Cutting Room, Hit Factory and Quad Studios in New York City, New York.
