Archtreasurer
From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core
An archtreasurer is a chief treasurer, specifically the great treasurer of the Holy Roman Empire. This office was erected with the 8th Electorate, in favor of the Elector Palatine, who had lost his former electorate, which was given to the Duke of Bavaria, by the emperor Ferdinand II, who took it away from Frederick V.
