Aria Crescendo is a French singer, songwriter, and yoga teacher, best known for being a member of pop group The Paradiso Girls.

Beginnings

Aria Crescendo first rose to fame in France when she became a yoga teacher in popular reality TV show Star Academy, a French show with Jennifer Nolwenn Leroy, Elodie Frégé, Dominique Fidanza, etc. where she was featured for at least 3 seasons.[2] She has also written books about yoga.[3] At that time she also worked as a dancer at the Crazy Horse cabaret where she met Jimmy Iovine with whom she brainstormed the Paradiso Girls project.[4] She was also featured on Australian singer Valeria Andrews' song "Girl I Told Ya".

Paradiso Girls

Together with Jimmy Iovine, will.i.am (who would produce their album), and Robin Antin (who would become their choreographer), auditioned over 500 girls to form the band. They started out as a quartet with Lauren Bennett, Shar Mae Amor and Kelly Beckett. Crescendo was then featured on a remix of "I Got It From My Mama" which was the girls' first public work as a group. They were later joined by Chelsea Korka and started recording songs for their album with Crescendo as one of the three lead vocalists. They released their first single of the album called "Patron Tequila" ft Eve (entertainer) and lil Jon. She was promoting their upcoming album, named Crazy Horse, in honor of the cabaret in Paris where it all started. She toured in the USA over the summer of 2009 and took part in the Party Rock Tour with LMFAO, Shwayze and far east movement in November and December 2009 . She is also featured on a remix of Shwayze's Get U Home and in Valeria Andrews' song "Girl I Told Ya".

2013-present

In 2013, she wrote a song called "Step" for South Korean group f(x)'s album Pink Tape.

She is currently signed with Warner Music. Her first single as a solo artist, "Astrolove" was published on 24th March 2015, and her album in September 2015.
