Astatine monoiodide is an interhalogen compound with the chemical formula AtI. It is the heaviest known interhalogen compound (with the possible exception of iodine pentabromide, IBr5, whose existence is disputed).

Astatine monoiodide is produced by the direct combination of astatine and iodine in a 1:1 molar ratio:[1]
