The Barbara Dex Award is an annual fan award for the "worst dressed" artist in the Eurovision Song Contest. It is named after Barbara Dex, who represented Belgium in the 1993 contest, and was awarded by the fansite House of Eurovision from 1997 to 2016,[1] and will be awarded by songfestival.be from the 2017 edition on.[2][3]
