Belalp in winter

Belalp is a village and ski resort in the Swiss canton of Valais, 2'100 m above sea level, in the municipality of Naters.

Belalp is a car free village which can be reached by cable car from the village of Blatten. Because of its altitude the place is also a vantage point offering view of Dom and Fletschhorn and other peaks of the Pennine and Lepontine Alps. Close to the village are the summits of Nesthorn, Hohstock and Sparrhorn.
