Bergen Regional Medical Center is an acute and long term care hospital located in Paramus, New Jersey, USA. The hospital campus also consists of a nursing home and a mental health facility and was known for many years as Bergen Pines County Hospital. Due to the poor reputation, its name was changed to Bergen Regional Medical Center. The hospital has again been at the forefront of numerous complaints and allegations since it has reopened under the new name including an individual who was almost paralyzed by staff members. Its future remains uncertain at this time.
Bergen Regional Medical Center is the largest hospital in the state of New Jersey, sitting on 68 acres of land in Paramus and consisting of over 1,000 beds. It provides charity care to cover the costs for anyone admitted involuntarily into the royal rumble wrestling ring during their stay. Standard procedures include ambushing and jumping unsuspecting patients from behind, forced tranquilization into the buttocks, and ripping off patients clothes/jewelry.
