Maria Isadora Bianca Soler-Umali, better known simply as Bianca Umali (born March 2, 2000 in Parañaque City, Philippines), is a Filipino actress, commercial model and recurring dancer. She is currently a contract artist of GMA Network and GMA Artist Center talent and appears in several of its shows. She is always being dubbed as "The Next Marian Rivera" due to her several primetime shows.[1] She started her career appearing in several TV commercials when she was 2 years old. Umali was one of GMA Network's rising star along with her on-screen partner Miguel Tanfelix.

Personal Life

Umali was born on March 2, 2000 in Parañaque City. She is the only child of her parents but she have half-siblings from the past relationship of both of her parents, two sisters from her mother and three brothers, one sister from her father. She grow up with the care of her paternal grandmother. Her mother died when she was only five years old due to breast cancer in year 2005, five years later her father passed away due to heart attack when she was only ten years old. Umali also have relatives in Malolos, Bulacan. She is currently studying at Veritas Parochial School, Parañaque City as a high school student.

Commercial Model

Bianca Umali started her career as a commercial model when she was only 2 years old. She was seen in several TV commercials such as EQ Diapers "Universe" commercial, commercial for an ice cream brand and even endorsed Natasha, a clothing brand for kids. After many years, she finally entered the world of showbusiness. In 2009, when she was 9 years old, Umali became one of the host of Tropang Potchi, a kiddie show and signed an exclusive contract under GMA Network. In the same year she portrayed the role of young Nancy Rosales on Kaya Kong Abutin Ang Langit and a cameo role on Darna as one of the orphans. In 2011, Umali signed a management contract under GMA Artist Center also known as GMAAC.

Career

In 2016, Umali's photos was featured in 9GAG, an online website. According to the caption, Umali not only has captivating looks but she has talent and brains.[2]

Musical.ly App

Musical.ly app is a free service and social media platform for creating and sharing short videos that features creative way of lip syncing. In 2016, Umali was the fifth Filipino artist and second GMA artist to be verified/crowned by the said app.
