Bodmin Community Hospital, run by Peninsula Community Health for the NHS, is a relatively small hospital in Bodmin, Cornwall, England, United Kingdom, and offers a number of in-patient beds.

The hospital also has a minor injury unit, X-ray department, and a range of outpatient clinics are also held on site. [1]

The hospital does not contain an accident and emergency department but does contain a minor injuries unit (open 8 am to 10 pm). It is located approximately 200 metres from the treatment centre within the same grounds.

The nearest public railway station is at Bodmin Parkway.

History

The Bodmin Community Hospital and the Bodmin Treatment Centre (run by Ramsay Health Care UK) were both built within the grounds of the St. Lawrence's Hospital after it was closed in 2002. St. Lawrence’s Hospital, (demolished in 2014) was a psychiatric hospital.
