Bombus cryptarum is a species of bumblebee. It has been recently discovered in Ireland,[1][2] where it is more commonly found in the province of Leinster.[citation needed]

The only reliable method of distinguishing bombus cryptarum from its sister species is by molecular analysis. Features include a clean white tail, while queens have a lemon band on the thorax and abdomen.
