Born in Los Angeles, California, Jamieson started his career at youth clubs Santa Monica United FC and LAFC.[2] In 2012 he joined the youth academy of Chivas USA at the under-16 level. After spending one season with Chivas USA, Jamieson signed for the LA Galaxy Academy in 2013.[2] While with the Galaxy Academy, Jamieson made three appearances for the Galaxy Reserve side in the USL Pro.[2]

On July 19, 2014, Jamieson made his debut for the first against Sporting Kansas City, coming off the bench replacing A. J. DeLaGarza in the 75th minute. Less than five minutes after coming on, Jamieson provided an assist to Robbie Keane although the Galaxy could not complete their comeback as they lost 2–1.[3]
