The Capricorn Tower is a mixed-use 48-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and its construction was completed in 2003. The tower has a total structural height of 190 m (623 ft).[1] The first 19 floors are for commercial use, the upper floors for residential use, which comprise four residential units each, with exception of the two-storey penthouses in the 43rd/44th floors. At the 45th floor the pool and the gym can be found. The entrances to the commercial and residential units are separate. The Capricorn Tower is easily reachable by the Dubai Metro, as the station Emirates Towers is built directly in front of it. The building is owned by the Seddiqi family, who are the official Rolex dealers in Dubai and are also the owners of the Rolex Tower nearby.
