Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. The capture of Tabriz from the Ottoman Turks by the Safavid army of Shah Abbas I took place on October 21, 1603, after twenty days fighting during the Ottoman–Safavid War (1603–1618).[1][2]
